Prices are the whole price: no day-rate overruns, no change requests for things that were obviously in scope. If a package is wrong for you we will say so — the most common answer to “should we use AI here?” is still no, and we would rather tell you in week one than bill you for six.
Transfer phase
Every engagement ends with your team owning it.
We don't build dependency. The final phase of an engagement hands your team the running system and the infrastructure under it — open-weight models on machines you control, reachable through one API key, with nothing locked to a vendor who can change the terms.
