Is training delivered online or on-site?+
Live online by default, which is how we reach teams split across offices and time zones. On-site anywhere in the world on request, with travel quoted separately.
How many people can attend?+
Up to 15 for the executive briefing and the engineering intensive, up to 20 for the team programme. Larger organisations run multiple cohorts, which is what the retainer is for.
Do you tailor the content to our business?+
Yes. Sessions are built on your own documents, workflows and repositories. Generic material is the reason most AI training does not change what anyone does on Monday.
Where do you deliver?+

How do we pay, and can you invoice procurement?+

The executive briefing and the team programme assume none. The engineering intensive assumes working software engineers.
How do you measure whether the training worked?+
You pick the tasks before we start and we measure them before and after. Adoption and time-on-task are reported back to you, so the spend is defensible to whoever approved it.
